I was able to inflate the SUP quickly on my own, even my 16 year old daughter did it easily.
I find the paddleboard easy to inflate and it becomes firm when properly inflated. The pump has 2 modes - double action for speed, single action for pressure.
It was very easy and quick to inflate the board with the included lightweight pump and it took only a few minutes to get it fully inflated.

I suggest pumping the inflatable standup paddle board to a maximum of 15 PSI and not exceeding it, as recommended.
I bought the paddle board for my son who is 6'2'' tall and weighs 220lbs and he likes it.
The board held up perfectly fine for our weight of 280lbs (3 people).
