Attaching and pumping the pump was easy and it took me around 5 minutes to inflate the board.
Inflating the SUP is easy, although it does take some muscle.

I suggest that the board works great at 12 psi for someone who is around 130lbs, but it's recommended to go up to 15 psi if someone is closer to 200lbs.
The board can hold up to 320 lbs and two adults can easily ride on it.
I weigh 190 lbs and am 6'1". Although concerned about the weight capacity of the paddleboard, I was pleased with its stability and effortless movement through the water, indicating that it can handle my weight with ease.
