The bar has creamy peanut butter inside with a tiny bit of chocolate coating on the outside.
I was surprised by the flavors and taste of the bars. It doesn't taste like protein but just a regular candy/nutrition bar.
I am dissatisfied with the chocolate almond flavor as it tastes like weak chocolate with some raisin flavoring mixed in, rather than the delicious Cadbury style fruit and nut bars.
I compared the taste of this variety with others and found it less sweet.

I highly recommend Zone One for its top-notch quality, high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals. The laboratory-grade vitamins have a smaller molecular size for easier digestion.
The protein bar tastes good but has corn syrup as the second ingredient, which I am supposed to avoid. Additionally, it contains Palm kernel oil which I am not supposed to consume.
