The remote control of my AC unit does not work properly.
Using the remote control was difficult and required me to get up in the middle of the night and get close to the front of the unit to make it work.
There is Alexa integration available, but controlling the unit with both Alexa and the remote simultaneously is not possible.
The remote controller is basic and does not support programming the unit for different times of day or days of the week.

When I set the air conditioner to 60 degrees, it keeps the room cooled to 74 degrees. But at the highest heat setting, it can only heat up to 65 degrees when it is 38 degrees outside.
