My main selling feature was the WIFI enabled app, allowing me to turn it on remotely hours in advance.
Della responded quickly and sent a new remote when I had a problem with the optical remote control. I am impressed with their customer service and the remote control is now working perfectly.
On my iPhone, the phone app works perfectly and offers unique features not found on the remote.
I had to set up the remote control to 88°, put it on auto and hit the turbo boost as it did not show the heat symbol.

I have found that the split-system-air-conditioner is very quiet both inside and outside. If you couldn't see the fan moving outside, you wouldn't even know that it is on.
I have experienced that the split-system-air-conditioner makes very little noise, with a quiet ssshhhhhhh sound that is about as loud as a whisper.

I have found that the tape wrap included in the kit is inadequate and ran out before completing the job. The lines appear unfinished and are poorly protected from the elements, leading to negative feedback on the maintenance requirements of split-system air conditioners.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was not aware of the yearly maintenance required to keep the split-system-air-conditioner mold-free.
