I was able to connect the unit to Alexa by following the directions on the app. I had already hooked up smartlife items in Alexa.
I can control the air conditioner with Alexa and never have to use the remote, which is convenient, especially with kids who tend to lose remotes.
The remote includes a thermostat, iFeel function, and can direct the unit to cool/heat to the proper temperature before shutting off.
I am impressed with the air conditioner's remote control and smart features, including the ability to toggle between setpoint and actual measured temperature, built-in WiFi, and the availability of an App.

At first, I didn't think the outside unit turned on because it was so quiet.
The condenser unit is so quiet that I have to feel for hot air to see if the compressor is running.
I rated the noise level as three and could only hear the fan on the inside of the unit.
When I wall mounted the air conditioner on the outside wall of my house, it was making a vibrating noise at night which was disturbing my sleep.

I am dissatisfied with the installation instructions of the split-system-air-conditioner. The instructions are poorly translated, leave out entire steps, and have zero web support. The wiring diagrams are also worthless, and the reference to the Signal cable is a joke. I installed the split-system-air-conditioner myself and faced this problem personally. Based on my experience, I can say that the instructions are not helpful.

The split-system-air-conditioner keeps the room cooler than a window a/c ever could.
During summer, the air conditioner works well and cools the house to a nice temperature. However, during winter, it struggles to keep heating when the temperature drops below 17*F.
