I like the feature that allows the cold air to follow the direction of the remote.
If the app constantly says the unit is offline, reset the unit at the breaker in the panel.
I was able to keep tabs on my house for two weeks while out of town and turn it on and off using the remote and WiFi app, but they are a little sketchy.
I love the range of the remote and can control the unit from 20 ft away.

The split-system-air-conditioner is whisper quiet. At first, I thought it was not working but then I felt the cold air and realized that it was working. The same goes for the outside unit, you can only hear it run if you are standing within 5 or 6 feet from the unit.
The inside unit of the split-system-air-conditioner periodically makes a rattling/vibrating sound.
