I have been using this sonic toothbrush for less than a year as a replacement for my wife's original Sonicare that lasted almost 15 years. However, I have faced some issues with it such as the on/off switch being hard to operate, the charge lasting only about 10 days, the head not vibrating as strongly, and a slight crack developing near the base. Additionally, the heads don't last as long as my old-style Sonicare heads. This negative feedback is based on my personal experience and highlights issues with the sonic technology of sonic toothbrushes.
