I prefer the soft buzzing sound of the sonic-repellents vibrating every thirty seconds over having a torn up yard.
In terms of noise, the product is working well. However, it remains to be seen if it will completely remove the gophers or moles.
The noise made by the sonic-repellents is relatively loud and it would drive me away too.
I disliked the noise from the sonic-repellent, which I could hear even with the door and windows closed.

It may take up to two weeks before any results are visible according to the instructions.
I had good success with the product before and decided to try it again. It worked.
It is very easy to put the sonic-repellent in the ground and turn it on. It is mostly solar-powered.
Inserting the sonic-repellents in the ground is not easy.

The product needs to be installed at least 8 inches deep so that moles can hear the ultrasonic sound. Otherwise, it pings every 30 seconds and is audible above ground.
After putting these repellents out for three weeks, I have not found any new holes and the old holes are still covered.
Sonic-repellents did not work on the gophers in my yard.
After 3 weeks of use, I noticed a hole in the lawn within 3 feet of the device and after 8 weeks, there were nearly 10 holes in the lawn within 8 feet of the device. The device did not provide enough coverage.

I found these repellents safe for my pets and children, and did not have to resort to using poison.

The product is working well in terms of making noise, but it remains to be seen if it will completely move out the gophers or moles.
I suggest that sonic-repellents may work better for moles, voles, and gophers.
It may take one to two weeks for the product to be fully effective.
