The couch structure lacks support from the beginning.
The sofa's frame construction is not sturdy enough as the two segments of the L-shape are attached together using only two screws, making it quite fragile. When trying to lift from one end, the sofa bends from the middle. It would have been sturdier if the manufacturer had included four screws instead of two, as I suggested.

I find the material of the couch hard and cheap feeling.

The armrest design of the sofa is weird and I am not able to understand it. The armrests attach with a zipper and Velcro.
The armrests are squishy and non-structured, making it difficult to lift oneself off the couch.
