Upon unpacking, I noticed that the fabric covering the foam inserts was already torn and the threading came undone, indicating poor material quality.
96% were satisfied with the frame construction, but 4% were not
I expected to put legs on and cushions in my cases, but instead had to build the couch. It was tedious and time-consuming.
While assembling the couch, I had to flip it over as one piece to continue. The single bolt/wingnut holding the two sections together felt inadequate as the pieces of the couch began to wiggle against one another.
96% appreciated the cushion firmness, but 4% were dissatisfied
I needed to put some throw pillows behind the back cushions of the firm couch to be comfortable.
There is a broken hard spring in the middle cushion which is not comfortable. The other cushions are pretty comfortable and soft.
