About Wera 05004016001 8100 SA 6 Zyklop Metric Speed Ratchet Set
Overall Feedback:
95% positive
95% praised the adjustable torque setting, but 5% found it difficult to set
I have experienced that the mechanism for holding the head at different angles to the handle is unreliable. When driving screws, the pin inside the saddle drops into a shallow detent in the silver dome of the ratchet head to stop the head from swiveling. However, when the handle is rotated and sideways force is applied, the pin can walk out of the detent causing the head to flop to the side.
99% praised the durable construction
The bits and sockets of Wera tools are of superior quality and expected to outlast all but the most demanding users.
90% liked the comfortable grip
The zyklops ratcheting handle is great for getting into tight spaces and weird angles. You can choose the angle of the handle to fit the job, which is a nice feature.
91% appreciated the smooth ratcheting mechanism
The zyklops ratcheting handle has additional features that may not be appreciated by everyone. It is great for getting into tight spaces and weird angles. If you are looking for a general-purpose tool, you may not need these additional features and could save some money with a standard Wera straight handle socket set.
96% praised the high-quality sockets
I have noticed that Wera tools have superior quality bits and sockets that can outlast most demanding users.

I love the extensions as they hold onto sockets and handle a good amount of abuse. However, the sleeve broke today after using it daily, switching between 8mm and 10mm throughout the day.
The 15mm socket is extremely tight and grinds a bit but will swivel. This could be related to the ratcheting mechanism of the socket-wrench.
