Overall Feedback:
72% positive
82% praised the adjustable torque setting, but 18% found it difficult to set
The extension holds onto sockets well, but the sleeve locking mechanism needs improvement where the pin attaches to the sleeve.
76% praised the durable construction
The socket wrench is very durable and of high quality. It stays clean by just wiping it down once.
I have had no issues with the socket-wrenches.
The extensions can handle a good amount of abuse and are durable.
78% liked the comfortable grip, but 22% found it fatiguing to hold
I compared the grip comfort of socket-wrenches and found that Snap On only wins slightly due to their sharper knurling.
Socket wrenches are not suitable for harbor freight sockets as they can be pulled out easily. However, they are perfect for legitimate sockets and cannot be pulled off.
80% appreciated the smooth ratcheting mechanism, but 20% found it jamming occasionally
The sleeve locking mechanism needs improvement where the pin attaches to the sleeve.
79% praised the high-quality sockets, but 21% experienced wear and tear
The extension holds onto sockets well and does not feel wobbly.
Socket wrenches are not suitable for harbor freight sockets as they can be easily pulled out, but they work perfectly with legitimate sockets and cannot be pulled off.
I have experienced that the mechanism for holding the head at different angles to the handle is unreliable. When driving screws, the pin inside the saddle drops into a shallow detent in the silver dome of the ratchet head to stop the head from swiveling. However, when the handle is rotated and sideways force is applied, the pin can walk out of the detent causing the head to flop to the side.
The 15mm socket is extremely tight and grinds a bit but will swivel. This could be related to the ratcheting mechanism of the socket-wrench.
