The snorkel works great and stays dry.
I am satisfied with the snorkel tube quality of this snorkeling package. I can dive deep without worrying about taking in hardly any water and it has a bobble built in that stops up the whole when it is submerged and wont allow me to breathe in while activated. I can breathe out rapid bursts if I need to though. However, there were a few times that a little bit of water did get in through the top.
The snorkel is a dry one that allows me to swim below water and resume breathing through it once I resurface without blasting tons of water out.

I appreciate the carrying case that comes with the snorkeling set. It is made of nylon and clear durable plastic and is long enough to hold the snorkel even when it is wet and sandy.
