After turning off background app refresh and other processes, I found the battery life of my Apple Watch to be really impressive, despite it not performing as advertised right out of the box.
The battery life has not been an issue and has been working well.
My watch's battery life health is at 83%, which is expected from a previously owned watch but it's enough to last me throughout the workday and into the evening.
