While snorkeling, the cover popped right off as soon as I entered the water, indicating that the product is not durable enough for water activities.

I noticed that the adhesion of the protector is not great and there were numerous air pockets when I installed it on my Apple Watch Ultra. After working with the provided tool, I was able to eliminate all but 2 small pockets. I was hoping that those would work out overnight, but unfortunately, they are still there. Additionally, I installed the protector on my husbands Ultra today and faced the same issues. I was hoping that there would be no issues, but unfortunately, there were. After working with the provided tool, my husbands Ultra still has several small air pockets.
The case interferes with my smartwatch's sleep motion and works only 70% of the time.
After a day of use, the metal piece fell off from my smartwatch screen protector.

I had no issues applying the screen protector and found it easy to use.
I have complained about the poor touch sensitivity of the smartwatch-screen-protector. I have to tap the same area several times for it to register, and it almost never works from the first time.
With the protector on, using the keyboard is nearly impossible as the screen is not as reactive to touch as it should be.
The metal contour catches on whatever and the adhesion to the watch is not adequate to hold with the slightest pressure.
