The case is durable and scratch-resistant. My boyfriend didn't even realize I had a screen protector until I showed him the cracked one.
The material feels scratch-resistant and has survived short drops. If scratched, the color flakes off first but it still protects the watch.
I used the smartwatch-screen-protector during a Spartan race and it held up very well despite being dragged across the ground, banged against metal bars, and scraped across trees and bushes.
I have to warn you that the product has a short lifespan and is not durable.
