The audio quality is good, but there are common audio spikes in movies and some other shows.
The audio/speakers quality of this smart-tv is excellent. A level of '20' (out of 100) is fine in my quiet room.
Sometimes the sound quality is muffled and not up to the mark.

The smart-tv works great with Amazon Fire Stick, casting iPhone and Android smart phones, and has built-in Roku, Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu and YouTube. It also includes 3 HDMI ports and an optional voice command Roku tv remote.
I am having trouble connecting my smart TV to the wireless internet. I tried searching for a fix on Google, but the tech support is awful.
I used to use a smart TV that could connect to other devices via bluetooth just by having the bluetooth on and connecting using prompted codes. I don't like the connectivity options of TCL TV.

The TV scales well and is an extension of my main screen with ample space for support windows.
I accidentally bought a 43 inch version instead of a 32 inch TCL screen, but it turned out to be a happy accident as the extra size and short viewing distance wasn't a problem for me at all when I have true 4K crispness to behold. This is my first true 4K screen, so I may be a little biased.
I like the large 55 inch size screen for word processing and search, but I need color accuracy when streaming and photo viewing. Therefore, I am not satisfied with the TV.
