I find this thermostat energy efficient and convenient to use as it displays the set temperature while in use. Additionally, it's amazing to be able to turn it off from 200 miles away from my condos.

I found the installation process easy as long as I had a 'C' wire. I did three installations today, which took me 1 hour, 20 minutes, and 15 minutes respectively.
Installing it was easy and it only took me a few minutes to mark and drill the new holes.
Installing the thermostat was easy and took only about twenty minutes from unpacking to programming. I recommend it for handy people.

The Honeywell Total Connect Comfort app provides a neat and simple interface on my phone to program or adjust settings. It can change all settings (minus parameters) for heat, cool, and fan settings. It is wonderful and can be controlled from anywhere that has internet access.
