The product was listed as induction cooking compatible, but it is not suitable for it. The cookware has ridges at the bottom, which only touch the glass surface of the induction cooktop, resulting in slow heating of the cookware and food. This is a misleading statement.
When I cook with this skillet, most items don't stick and cleanup is easy. Proper heating and adding oil is important for best results. I find that fish, meat, and veggies work very well, but eggs and rice may stick to the grate.
I would like to purchase lids for all the pots and pans as there are not lids for every one. This shows that the skillet is not versatile enough for my needs.
