The sketchbook has a unique binding that allows it to lay flat on the table and the pages to lay flush next to each other, making it easy to carry a larger sketch from one side to the other with minimal issues. The divide is still present, but it is less prominent than other types of bindings.
I like the spine binding of the sketchbook because it allows the book to lay open flat.
After removing the outside cover, the binding of my sketchbook wore down and the front and back covers became thinner.
On the first day of use, the cover detached.
