I have found that xylitol is effective in reducing bad bacteria in the sinuses, based on clinical research.
The spray flushes the nose gently, unlike saline which can cause nosebleeds.
Packets with xylitol are more effective for sinus rinses compared to plain saline. It will be a new staple in my house.
