I had to use my shovel instead of the snow blower as the product lacked power, indicating insufficient battery life.
77% liked the adjustable chute control, but 23% found it flimsy
The chute control is not working properly due to the wrong size arm, which does not clear the middle adjustment assembly.
I have received negative feedback from a customer regarding the chute control feature of our single-stage gas snow blowers. The customer complained that the chute clogs every 5 seconds, requiring them to stop and punch the snow back down.
71% impressed with its sturdy build quality, but 29% experienced some issues with rust
Most parts of the product are made of plastic, so there is no rust.
If you are looking for a quiet, electric and less expensive snow blower, the snow blower is a great option.
I found the machine's performance similar to a single-stage gas snowblower.
The product is made of cheap and bendable plastic.
81% praised its user-friendly design
This machine is easy to use and has made clearing the driveway much easier. It reduces the time and effort required from 3 people to just 15-30 minutes of easy pushing.
It's very easy to use. Just push a button and hold the power lever.
I found the product easy to assemble, operate, and lightweight. It is also plug-and-play, with no oil or gas required.
As a 66 year old woman, I can advise that the product is easy to use.
I have noticed that the snow blower struggles with frozen chunks, but it works well with loose snow.
84% appreciated its relatively quiet operation, though 16% found it too loud
The only downside of the product is the cord, but everything else is great.
The blower can handle up to a foot of dry snow and is relatively quiet, but less effective for wet snow.
The noise level of my new snow blower is louder than my previous one.
The snow blower is very loud.
78% liked the efficient performance, but 22% had issues with clogging
The snow blower is easy to maneuver and can grab 10 inches of snow easily. The extra power and width are worth the price, especially for a long driveway.
Initially doubtful about the product's performance with 14 inches of wet snow, but it performed pretty well. It requires a bit of effort to push through that much snow, but it is still easier on the back than shoveling.
When the snow is less than 6 inches, the machine is useless.
75% found it lightweight and easy to maneuver
I chose this machine because it is the widest electric model on the market.
If you are looking for a quiet, electric and less expensive snow blower, it is a great option.
The safety button is the worst thing about this product. I have to push the button in before I can squeeze the level for the motor to run. Everytime I let off the handle, the auger stops spinning and I have to do it again. This is a real pain when I have to let off the handle to move the power cord or whatever else.
I cleaned about 600 sqft of snow with one bar left using the two batteries. The charging time to full is less than 2 hours. However, I haven't used it long enough to know the capacity degradation that is bound to happen.
