OR
The snow blower stopped throwing snow halfway through the job.
When I opened the box, I noticed that the handle of the snowblower was damaged and the instructions fell out.

80% praised its user-friendly design
I assembled it easily and it started on the first pull after priming.
70% appreciated its relatively quiet operation, though 30% found it too loud
The product is very loud and annoying.
79% liked the efficient performance, but 21% had issues with clogging
I like the performance of the blower and have purchased a second one for the front walkways and trash shed, which works great.
The snow blower performed a great job pushing through two driveways on the same day and handling heavy snow after 12 inches of snowfall.
The snow blower clogs every couple of feet with wet snow, but works fine with light snow. It has been making an awful screeching sound since the 2nd or 3rd time I used it.
With the heated handles, I can work without gloves even at temperatures below 30.
