About Commercial Coffee Maker, Single Serve
87% highlighted the water reservoir capacity, but 13% did not
With the huge water reservoir, I only have to fill the coffee maker once a day.
I am disappointed with the coffee maker's water reservoir capacity. It only goes up to 10 oz, despite being a 'commercial' model with a larger reservoir and more expensive. It's strange that cheaper models with small water reservoirs can make 12 oz coffee, but this model cannot.
76% appreciated the size
The machine fits perfectly on my counter top under a cabinet, even though it's huge.
78% found the maintenance easy, but 22% struggled
After 5 months of continuous use, I have not seen any stray grounds inside the unit, which is a positive aspect of the product.
I had to disassemble the unit to find out why it was not brewing anymore and found a piece of hard sediment stuck in the check valve.
I have only done general cleaning and rinsing, but the machine still works perfectly.
The coffee maker works well during use, but only lasts for 1-1/2 to 2 years before dying.
80% found the compatibility helpful, however 20% faced issues
I found out that the V1200 only works with Vue cups and not with K-cups.
79% were satisfied with the brewing temperature, while 21% weren't
I measured the brewing temperature of the coffee maker with a calibrated liquid thermometer and found it to be 17 degrees lower than my requirement.
I am dissatisfied with the heating element as it fails to heat the coffee to the desired brew temperatures.
84% liked the brew time, yet 16% didn't
At just over 2-years old, my coffee maker started brewing 'Short Cups' and 'Extremely Slow'. It would take 8-minutes to brew a cup that was only a maximum of 2-ounces.
