About Keurig K-Mini Single Serve Coffee Maker, Studio Gray
Overall Feedback:
78% positive
65% highlighted the water reservoir capacity, but 35% did not
The area to pour water into is too small, resulting in spillage on the countertop.
Water gets trapped underneath the tiny reservoir, leaving room for mold to grow.
I opened the water reservoir and turned it upside down to check if it thinks there is water in it and every time after that it comes on.
The reservoir needs at least 6 oz of water to operate, but sometimes it requires more than 8 oz, which ruins my coffee.
74% appreciated the size, however 26% faced problems
My new coffee maker takes up more counter space as it is larger than my previous one.
66% found the maintenance easy
I found it impressive that the machine only failed on two pods during use.
63% were satisfied with the brewing temperature, while 37% weren't
Hot water flushes through so quickly that it overflows the pod and enters the cup as mainly hot water.
64% were impressed with the brewing capacity, but 36% weren't
Sometimes I want a stronger 8 oz cup and other times I prefer a 10-12 oz cup.
The coffee maker can hold up to 12oz, enough to fill a large cup.
The coffee maker claims to brew 6 oz. cups, but it only makes 8 oz. cups.
66% liked the brew time, yet 34% didn't
I have my coffee in about 4 minutes as it brews quickly.
The brew time is pretty fast at approximately 3 minutes.
It takes a lot of effort for me to get a cup of coffee. I have to unplug it, plug it back in and push the brew button multiple times to get a cup of coffee.
Rephrased:
To get a cup of coffee, I have to unplug, plug back in, and push the brew button multiple times, which takes a lot of effort.
It now takes me 36 minutes to brew a single cup of coffee, which is a lot longer than before.
The water reservoir is slightly smaller, but it's not a problem for me as I usually refill after each cup or two.
