I have complained about the brew time of my coffee maker, specifically the K-Cup part. It takes a solid three to four minutes to start brewing the K-Cup side, which is much slower than normal K-Cup brewers. I was able to go to the bathroom, wash a few mugs, and straighten up the kitchen all before the thing made a noise that it was heating up the water.
