I noticed that the over the ear piece has a swivel which is nice but the curvature is too acute so it creates pressure on the back of the ear. I stretched it successfully which did improve the comfort.
I find the in-ear piece of this headset to be the most comfortable I have worn. Unlike most in-ear pieces that are too large and create pressure, this one is soft and pliable, fitting comfortably.
