I was pleasantly surprised to find that the device comes with an optical cable.
The build quality is impressive and the audio is clear without any cracking. It's also easy to use.
I switched from the previous DAC from Best Buy because it made the sound very quiet at max volume. This one is about 50% better in terms of volume.
I had trouble with pops, drop-outs, and static and thought it was due to either the toslink cable or the DAC. However, it was neither.
