I found that the installation is not easy and requires careful reading of all instructions. It is also important to locate the closest tower and determine which bands are used by the cell provider in the area.
As a professional engineer with considerable experience with EM signals and antennas, I found the installation instructions very appropriate and clearly presented. They also covered problems and unusual house configurations.
I gave 2 stars because the installation was easy but the instructions to set up the modem and find the direction of the antenna were complicated and confusing to follow.
