I have no problem cutting drywall and other similar screws with the pliers. It also cuts through wire like a breeze and can cut up to 25-30 mm sq copper wire with little difficulty.
IRWIN pliers cut with ease and can twist up to 4 solid copper wires without failing.
I can only cut small cables with the cutters as they do not open wide enough.
