As a home user, I don't have a lot of documents to shred. However, for someone who shreds all unwanted mail and occasional additional pages of a tax return, this machine is perfect.

The machine works really well and has not jammed yet, which is a great feature for jam prevention.
The shredder has no overheating, no jams and the micro cut is clean without any balling up.
The shredder has an option to turn the blades forward or in reverse to remove any jams, which is the biggest plus point.
