During the process of putting in the designs and the LEDs, I noticed that the plexiglass got a couple of scuff marks on it, indicating that the frame quality is not up to the mark.

The depth of the frame was perfect for my design + LEDs, but the internal dimensions were smaller than 4x6. I had to adjust the design to 3.61x5.61 to fit almost perfectly without much space around the edges.
