About Sulky Stick N' Stitch stabilizer
Overall Feedback:
88% positive
81% liked its long-lasting durability, but 19% found it deteriorated quickly
The product prints very well, is durable, and dissolves easily in water.
The sewing stabilizer comes off easily with warm water and a bit of soap and doesn't get stuck in the printer.
When the edges peel up and I touch them, or even when applying the stabilizer, a sticky residue is left on my fingers.
I recommend printing lightly colored patterns or outlines to avoid staining the product when soaked.
82% found it easy to remove, while 18% had trouble with residue
Printing/designing on the product is easy and it sticks great, but removing it from finished products is difficult and can ruin embroideries.
83% found it easy to apply, while 17% had trouble removing residue
I found the sewing-stabilizer easy to use as I could peel and stick it with ease.
I like the product because it is sturdy and easy to use. However, I have noticed a couple of main cons.
I faced difficulty in using the sewing-stabilizer as the pattern began lifting up as soon as I put the embroidery hoop on the fabric to begin embroidering.
65% liked its size and thickness, but 35% found it too flimsy
As soon as I put my embroidery hoop on the fabric to begin embroidering, the pattern began lifting up.
75% praised for its stability, but 25% found it slipped during use
While repairing the dress, I found that the sewing stabilizer worked for stabilization, but the needle became gummy and sticky.
There is some residue on the fabric in the area where I did not stitch, which could be related to the stability of the sewing stabilizer.
I never have gaps where the embroidery has pulled apart when I use this sewing-stabilizer, indicating its durability.
