I have found that this mechanical chalk pencil performs great on everything I have tested it on, from muslin to spandex, despite taking some getting used to on different fabrics.

I find the tool easier to remove than a regular marking pencil. It can be brushed off or used with the eraser on top. I am impressed with the tool and have seen an improvement in the quality of the lines. The only drawback is that it breaks like a mechanical pencil when pressed too hard.
