I found a piece of thread wrapped around the bobbin case of my factory refurbished sewing machine, which should not have happened during the refurbishing process.

I am dissatisfied with the bobbin system of the sewing machine. The bobbins don't hold much thread, the insertion into the case is extremely awkward, and the 'automatic' threader is a joke.
I have noticed that the bobbin does not hold as much thread as a pre-wound and there is no notification that the thread is running out. It is really annoying when I am sewing and notice that I have about 12 inches of the item not sewn.
