I purchased this sewing machine part for my mom's vintage Pfaff 130 machine that had a replacement mechanical rheostat that operated like an on/off switch. I installed it in the Pfaff 130 wood case base and had to drill out the center outlet screw hole to secure the outlet to the bottom of the wood case as was done for the previous outlet box. It fits well and it's comforting to have variable speed again on the motor. I am satisfied with the performance of the sewing machine part.
