The sticky notes hold up well on flat surfaces and have a fair amount of stick, they don't fall down easily or fly away.
The self-stick-note-pads have poor tearability as the notes I stuck to a clean, dry, and flat surface are falling off and sliding down.

I was expecting the sheets to stick to other smooth paper surfaces for a long time like Post-it notes. However, they are already turning up on the edges and some are already coming loose after several weeks.

I am not sure about the adhesive's long-term effectiveness, but it works well for regular use at home.
The adhesive was terrible and the post-its curled and fell off the wall in about 2 minutes.
If sticking ability is important to me, then these sticky notes are not suitable as they do not stick very well.
The adhesive seemed good at first, but after a couple of days, my notes started to curl even when using the guide to pull from each side.
