The app controls are great as you don't have to bend down to press the button controls. However, editing which cat used the box after adding all cats is not possible. Additionally, sometimes it registers a new cat when a cat just steps in and quickly steps out.

I had a bad experience with the litter robot 3 due to multiple issues like not rotating, getting stuck, litter getting stuck in all the gears, and needing multiple replacements and repairs.
