I felt unsafe frequently while using the scooter due to its small wheel size. Even a 1 inch bump in the road is enough to make the scooter jump or stop and swing out from under me.

The scooter has a top speed of 19 mph and offers a good balance between safety and speed. It's brisk enough to get me places in a timely fashion, but not so fast as to be recklessly dangerous on crowded sidewalks or bike lanes.
82% liked the foldability, however 18% found it difficult
The folding mechanism disengages when going over bumps and fast speeds.
