I didn't feel good throughout the day after taking the supplement and felt like I needed to run. Even after going for a run, I still felt anxious. Based on my experience, the supplement didn't work for me.
I took the supplement and after a few days, I noticed some relief down there. However, it came at a cost. I never eat breakfast and have fasted for days at a time before. I took this supplement and did not eat Saturday until later in the day as we were very busy at work. I began feeling very dizzy, light headed, and like everything was melting. It was like reality was over there, and I was over here. A wave of terrifying anxiety hit me like a brick wall.
