The saucepan is easy to clean and nothing ever sticks to it. I did burn a pot of chili once, but it cleaned up easily without any issues.
I recommend allowing the saucepan to cool before cleaning. The non-stick surface is wonderful to clean, so I advise against using scouring pads and suggest hand washing only, which is not a chore with the non-stick surface.
The glass lids have steam holes, making them easy to clean and preventing anything from sticking to them.
