The bag size is perfect for everyday work.
The interior of the bag is not separated into 3 sections. The zipper bit in the middle is a loose bag only attached at the top, meaning my stuff can pass beneath it.

I gave 4 stars because the bag is a tad narrow getting in and out.
The straps have a clasp but nothing to attach them to. When I loop them through the inner liner, the zipper becomes weak and will break.
Despite its size, the purse's narrow opening made it difficult to carry and find things inside.
Once loaded with what I need, the bag becomes heavy, which is why I gave it less than 5 stars.

I would be surprised if there wasn't a way to modify the hardware on the part that connects the handles to the purse to allow the handles to fold over, touching the purse, when using the shoulder strap or when not using the purse. This shows the attention to detail and creativity built into the purse.
The bag's handles keep popping off the studs and it's not very durable. It's frustrating because the balance is still excellent.
