I have been using the sandwich maker frequently and it has been performing well without any issues since the first day. I have used it over 30 times, so I can say that its build quality is good.
I question the quality on the inside due to the lack of quality on the outside. Making the right purchase the first time justifies avoiding the headache and trips for returns.

The sandwich maker is great for grilling two full size bread sandwiches at once. The lock mechanism makes it easy to carry and although the temperature control knob could be better positioned, it is still a useful feature.
The grill machine can be used for bread, steak, bacon, etc. and it cooks both sides at the same time, reducing cooking time and keeping more water inside.
