You can adjust the grinders on how fine of a grind you want, from close to dust all the way up to large chunks on each. Adjusting it is as easy as spinning a little dial on the top of the units. Refilling them is very easy with a funnel, just screw the top off, pour in the refill, and screw the top back on, easy. I highly recommend these grinders to anyone looking to stop buying disposable salt/pepper shakers or grinders. They are easier to use, re-usable, and will save tons of money over time.
