The earmuff headband can be reshaped to some extent. I set it on the backrest of my couch for a full day which stretched the band a decent bit. The stronger pressure below my ears reduced a little without becoming too loose.
I don't have to keep refitting the headband all day long, which is a problem with some of my other ear muffs.
