About COROS PACE 2 Premium GPS Sport Watch
Overall Feedback:
90% positive
84% praised for its precise gps tracking, but 16% experienced occasional drops in signal
During my turbo training session, I compared the HRM with a chest strap and phone and found it to be reliable and accurate as they stayed consistent.
The accuracy of our GPS unit seems to be the same when compared side by side.
88% appreciated its long battery life
The battery life lasts for 1-2 weeks on a single charge, even with frequent use, which is impressive.
I am getting excellent battery life with 13 days of usage and 10 days of running.
In full GPS mode, the battery life is 30 hours and it lasts even longer with reduced accuracy settings.
I compared the battery life of my previous watch with the COROS Pace2 and found it phenomenal. After a 10 mile run, my previous watch lost about 30% battery and required charging in 2 days, whereas the COROS Pace2 lost only 5% battery and was available for other runs for another 7-9 days.
84% liked its comfortable design
The device is so light and comfortable that I don't even know it's there.
80% appreciated the seamless connectivity
I have had no connectivity issues with the Coros.
85% found it easy to use
The Coros Pace 2 has the simplest and easiest to use controls of any smart watch I tried, with a simple two button setup.
I compared the heart rate measurements from the watch with simultaneous readings from a chest strap, which is known to be very accurate. The readings from the watch were within 1-2 BPM of those from the chest strap over a range from 60 to 173 BPM.
I liked the battery life of my previous watch, which lasted for 2 weeks with workouts 6 days a week. However, the battery life of my current watch is less, maybe 7-8 days, due to the pulsox sensor and more accurate heart rate.
