  • What users have to say about Paper mate Inkjoy Gel Pens, Fine Point (0.5mm), Assorted Colors Gel Ink Rollerball Pen

It was also noticed that the ink cartridge could have held more ink, they appear about 1/3 full, I think they're the perfect pens for you, though my preference is for the uni-ball 207 Retractable Gel Pens, Micro Point (0.5mm) or Ultra Micro Point.

The stroke comes out closer to a 1.0mm bold, which is a better all-in-one package, and I find that I can get a writing experience pretty close to a fountain pen with the InkJoys.

The pen is fat for my liking but I liked how smooth it is and how quickly it dries. It is not much of a smudger, but after using it for a long period of time, I found myself wanting to switch back to Muji gel pens.

It's not an issue for me, as I just write on one side of the sheet, but might be something to consider if you want to use thin paper like in Moleskines.

The Papermate Inkjoy gel does what a Sharpie does, but for less than a dollar a pen.

    FAQ

    Q:

Are they good for adult coloring books?

    A:

You have here a good color selection and ink that dries fast, given a full minute to be safe. If you want to color with them, I say place a scrap piece of paper underneath what you're coloring.

    Q:

Why would my pens not work after a month?

    A:

If there is a need for a replacement for the pens, please contact our consumer service team.

    Q:

Is it possible that these will bleed when they are underlining in Bibles with thinner paper?

    A:

I don't think this ink will bleed onto the pages of thinner delicate paper, but it may leave a barely visible imprint on the reverse side of an almost translucent page.

    Q:

Is the clicky part stuck or fallen out in the past?

    A:

I have been buying these pens for work for a year and have no experience with them falling apart.

    Q:

I don't see an option to choose what size I want, is it possible to order in 0.5, 0.7, and 1.0mm?

    A:

The paper mate ink joy gel pens are available in a range of points.
