I complained about the loud noise made by the i7 robotic vacuum. It was completely unexpected and very annoying. After two months of continued use, the grinding noise stopped and now it is behaving as expected.
71% liked the suction power
The suction power of our robotic-vacuum is great as it found a lot of dust and dirt even after the maid vacuumed the entire house.
I have noticed that the robot vacuum's suction power is evident as it picks up more in the bin.
The floors are left very clean with the combination of brushes and suction power.
My impression of the Roomba j5's suction power was positive after emptying the dust pan multiple times.

The robot vacuum is versatile and can clean thoroughly on both hard and soft surfaces. It can circle around chair and bed legs, push partially closed doors open, and clean under lightweight shoes.
63% were satisfied with the weight and maneuverability, but 37% weren't
The robotic vacuum is light in weight and can navigate through thicker higher pile rugs without any major issues, unlike the 981 or 960 which tend to flip them up or get into trouble with them.
The robot can circle around chair and bed legs, push partially closed doors open, boss (push) lightweight shoes around and remove all the dust bunnies under the beds and furniture that it can fit under but I can't/won't. This shows that I can rely on the robot to maneuver around the house and clean hard to reach areas.
The design of i7 is slightly shorter than my other robot vacuums, which enables it to fit under furniture a bit easier.
