The vacuum is perfect for my house as I have hardwood and tile floors.
The vacuum is great on both carpet and floor. I can turn on the carpet mode via app to increase suction power and it picks up lots of hairs from the carpet.
I bought the machine as a back-up vac for smaller rooms and hardwood floor because it can mop too.
I have found that the robotic vacuum can clean hardwood floors, area rugs, and tile floors. I have also used the mopping system once and it did a good job.
